Durabuilt Homes LLC seeks a highly motivated and goal-driven person to join our team as a Sales Order Processor. We continue to grow and expand our company, so the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and deliberate in their work. This addition will work proficiently in an individual capacity, as well as part of a team, and can adhere to these general responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for supporting our organization's goals and providing an enhanced service experience with every customer interaction, both external and internal.
  • Create initial sales estimate pricing for prospective projects from customer supplied and/or in-house designs and product selections using custom software.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and directly with customers to resolve inquiries with prompt issue identification, proper routing and escalation, and will act as a liaison for customers and operations.
  • Upholds quality standards and meets established service targets as they relate to assigned workload.
  • On-going project pricing management: evaluate requests for project revisions, forward and/or communicate revision request to necessary parties, update project pricing to match project revisions, following with the creation and processing of sales change orders. Communicate questions and concerns about project designs and product information with appropriate departments.
  • Log new entries and update tracking systems to correctly reflect current project status. Create and maintain digital project files for access by all company departments.
  • Participate in team meetings concerning individual sales projects, company process development and continuous improvement towards the company’s goals.
  • Support team members during project development, construction, and customer service opportunities by completing topical research, project history evaluation and providing personal project knowledge/insight.
  • Maintain records of customer-preferred product selections, construction specifications and create corresponding customer-specific cost estimate templates.
  • Maintain database of customer contact information and required customer documentation.
  • Assist in maintenance of estimating systems, product selections and product availability. Also, assist in the evaluation and implementation of new products.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office products (Excel, Word), email.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.
  • Knowledge of general mathematical concepts with the ability to read blueprints and a tape measure.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Time and priority management skills.
  • Modular or construction background preferred.
