our modular construction facility in Selinsgrove.  We prefer for you to have some experience, can read a tape measure, be familiar with print reading, and be able to

do simple calculations as needed for your job.  We offer weekdays (Monday through Friday), 8-hour shifts, full-time hours; some Saturday shifts may apply

depending on production schedules.  If you have the experience we are looking for, we would like for you to join our team.

 


    

Maintenance

 Durabuilt is seeking a motivated, hardworking individual to help maintain the appearance, general care and maintenance of the grounds and facility.

  • Maintain all plant equipment to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation.
  • Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are accomplished according to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager’s direction.
  • Comply with all safety and good Manufacturing practices.
  • Repairs or replaces defective parts.
  • Upkeep grounds (mowing, trimming, winter snow and ice removal)

 



  

Plumbers

We are looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks. New construction and light commercial job experience are a plus. You must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.

  • Read and interpret schematic drawings and the specifications to determine requirements for installation of plumbing components.
  • Read and understand engineered drawings.
  • Read and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to operate power tools and equipment.
  • Ability to endure heights.
  • Teamwork
  • Washer & dryer preparation
  • Install all Pex, DWV, and copper piping
  • Install Refrigerator boxes

Service Technician

This candidate is a true value and critical team member by being a well-rounded/versed in modular building.  Training will be provided in several areas within the product4ion environment to effectively provide support to assigned position and ensure you can effectively be a part of our safety policies and procedures.  This position will require traveling to different locations and providing service within the following skillsets are a must:

  • Finish carpentry
  • Window/door installation
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Cabinet Installation

 

 


  

Exterior Wall Finish

  • Insulate & install sheathing on exterior walls.
  • Install vinyl siding & siding/log siding.
  • Install exterior doors/windows.
  • Install house wrap

 

 


  

Interior Finishers

  • Touch up paint.
  • Install trim kits, shelving, mirrors, and towel bars.
  • Install molding, trim, and interior doors.
  • Clean out unit before shipment.
  • Install cover plates.
  • Dry wall touchup.
  • Cut & install window boxes.
  • Read, interpret, and install from print.
  • Install flooring.

 

 


  

Painter / Sander

  • Places masking tape and drop cloths to protect surfaces.
  • Sets up scaffolding and ladders for safe usage.
  • Prepares mudded walls for painting.
  • Applies paints, stains, and varnishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
  • Cleans and maintains equipment and systems as required.
  • Maintains all tools and equipment in safe and operable condition.
  • Reports problems to supervisor.

 

 


  

Electrician

  • Read and interpret schematic drawings and the specifications to determine requirements for installation of electrical components.
  • Assemble electrical systems and install components.
  • Run electrical wires to electrical components.
  • Install lights and test components.
  • Read and use a tape measure.
  • Ability to operate power tools and equipment.
  • Ability to endure heights.

Wall Builder/Wall Set

  • Must work well with others as a team and able to take direction to accomplish goals.
  • Inspect all tools and equipment prior to use for functional operation
  • Measure and mark surface to lay out work, according to engineered drawings, using tape measures, straightedges or squares, and marking devices.
  • Read engineered drawings or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material or tool requirements.
  • Review engineered drawings or specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Lay wall studs and drywall onto wall jig to form the wall assembly.
  • Fit and fasten drywall into position on wood or metal frameworks, using glue, nails or screws.
  • Set walls in place onto the floor assembly using a hoist.
  • Build frame wall.
  • Dry wall.
  • Install backers for electrical and blocking for handrails.
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
  • Ability to read prints and read a tape measure.
  • Set Staircases.
  • Install Tubs.

 

 


 

 

Roofers

  • Inspect all tools and equipment prior to use for functional operation.
  • Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work, according to engineered drawings, using tape measures, straightedges or squares, and marking devices.
  • Read engineered drawings or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material or tool requirements.
  • Review engineered drawings or specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment: pick up all tools and equipment.
  • Secure work site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Insulate.
  • Apply roof sheathing.
  • Install ice/water shield/weather guard.
  • Install shingles.
  • Install top flips & overhangs.
